The Ultimate Healthy Yummy Paleo Nutella Recipe
Yes, I have to admit…I am fond of Nutella…I have all the excuses of the World…I grew up in Luxembourg, which is a tiny Country next to Germany…Nutella was already part of the “culinary culture” back then. Though, I also like the concept of healthy food. I am convinced that; to be a natural beauty, it is as important to fuel your body with the right ingredients as it is to use safe and healthy cosmetic ingredients.
Well, I loooove making a chocolate-hazelnut spread…almost like the unmissable Nutella, without palm oil, nor over processed sugar nor dairy products…a yummy idea for a DIY afternoon session with your children.
100 g/ 3,5 oz of dark chocolate ( I like a 60% cocoa chocolate)
100g/ 3,5 oz of coconut oil
100g/3,5 oz of coconut cream
80g/2,8 oz of coconut flower’s sugar
½ to 1 a tea spoon of vanilla powder
2 table spoons of Wholistic Aroma hazelnut oil
a pinch of Himalayan salt
Add the coconut cream, the hazelnut oil and the sugar to the melted coconut oil and melted chocolate, stir to obtain a homogeneous spreadable yummy nutella. Let it cool and enjoy.
I agree, it doesn’t totally tastes like nutella….but it is so delicious…and so much more healthy…
I will keep you up to date with my nutella recipes since I try a lot of different versions…the basic ingredient being hazelnut and hazelnut oil…I am so happy I found my ethical farmer for a top quality of hazelnut oil in France. It is a first cold pressed oil from lightly roasted hazelnut…a delight.
