Yes, we have to admit…we are fond of Nutella…and we have a very good excuse…We grew up in Luxembourg, which is a tiny Country next to Germany…Nutella was already part of the “culinary culture” back then. Though, we also like the concept of healthy food, we are convinced that; to be a natural beauty, it is as important to fuel your body with the right ingredients as it is to use safe and healthy cosmetic ingredients.

Well, we loooove making a chocolate-hazelnut spread…almost like the unmissable Nutella, without palm oil or over processed sugar and dairy products. A yummy idea for an indulgent afternoon cooking session.

Our Recipe:

the ultimate nutella recipe

100 g/ 3,5 oz of Dark Chocolate ( we like a 60% cocoa chocolate)

100g/ 3,5 oz of Coconut Oil

100g/3,5 oz of Coconut Cream

80g/2,8 oz of Coconut Flower’s Sugar

½ to 1 a teaspoon of Vanilla powder

2 table spoons of the Spoiled Bee Hazelnut Oil

A pinch of Himalayan salt

How To:

Add the Coconut Cream, the Hazelnut Oil and the sugar to the melted Coconut oil and melted chocolate, stir to obtain a homogeneous spreadable yummy nutella. Let it cool and enjoy.

Store in a cool, dry place but do not store in the fridge as it will become too solid to spread!

We agree, it doesn’t totally tastes like Nutella….but it is so delicious…and so much healthier!

This is so cool. I too love Nutella. I used to eat it practically every day on my lunch, but not much anymore as I am trying to eat healthier.

What a great healthy alternative! 🙂

I should add hazelnut oil to my shopping list and surprise my son with homemade Nutella… Does it taste as sweet as the original? I’m hoping not.
